I placed an order for 2 dresses
I placed an order for 2 dresses. They arrived like 2 weeks later separately and horribly packaged . The dresses are well made . But they run small. Trying to get a returned process and it’s been no communication. I sent an email in the 4/5, day after I received my 2nd dress and they finally responded yesterday. That said they don’t offer return postage and asked if I would keep the dress that does not fit and they will give me 40%off next order Not what their policy states .Still trying to communicate with them . They send one message and take 3 days to respond. Customer Service is bad!!There is nothing special about them and because of this experience and possible being out of $220 I would never order from them again . You can get beautiful dresses at more reputable sites with same quality and style . Beware !!
