Worst store ever! Bad product, and painful return process
The dress I ordered was not at all as advertised in the pictures. I requested to have the dress returned, but the customer service kept asking to keep the dress and get 20%, 40% of the price as store credit (The percentage amount kept increasing as I insisted on returning it). It took me 49 euros to send it back (had to use a traditional package shipment), and I have no idea whether they'll drag the process even longer by insisting on offering the store credit, etc. I will never use this store ever again. Worst and most painful shopping experience of my life.
