DAY LIGHT ROBBERY
EaseUS charged me £21.34 on 30 March 2025 without my consent and for the software I did not need. When I wrote to them asking for a full refund, they refused it for several reasons. One of them was 'that I successfully used their software'. The truth is that I didn't need that software and could not make head or tail of it. In my latest correspondence with them, I wrote to them stating that, and that taking money without my consent was theft. They did the same last year on more than one occasion. When I didn't get any joy, i.e. didn't get my money back, I asked my credit card bank to issue me a new credit card. There were 2 other companies who kept taking money more than a dozen times to the tune of more than £300. A New credit card put a stop to that, until now. I call this 'day light robbery'.
