SRI GOMBAK MAYBANK ...have repeatedly experienced slow and inefficient service at this Maybank branch, and today was no exception. I arrived at 10:55 a.m. for a simple transaction, yet I was left waiting for nearly an hour despite the branch not being crowded. The queue management seems poorly handled, and the overall service efficiency is frustratingly low. This isn't an isolated incident—every visit here feels unnecessarily time-consuming. If it's a staffing issue or a lack of operational efficiency, Maybank needs to address it urgently. Customers shouldn’t have to waste this much time for basic banking services. Unless improvements are made, I’ll have to consider using a different branch or banking alternative. Highly disappointed with the service here.
