No Payment
I went to kl sentral store trade in my device on 15th March. Then was told that the funds will be credited within 14 days. Today is the 14th day and still no payment received. To add to my frustration, the customer service was horrid. Ive been reaching out to 3 different customer service emails, 3 different whatsapp contacts and even through instagram, for the past 5 days & yet i have not received a single follow up from them. Istg I am about to crash out if I receive another automated message from them. I am thinking to lodge a police report if this situation doesnt change, and maybe file a lawsuit against them. Such an improper and unprofessional business etiquette 👎 Update: they said that i will receive payment by 8th April. Today is 9th April and i still havent receive any payment.
