Inquired about a return on a product
Inquired about a return on a product. Between ordering and it being delivered which was quite lengthy, my podiatrist recommended surgery for my issue so I would no longer be needing the product. Never even opened the package when I received it. I was told I couldn’t return it because it wasn’t a quality issue. Nowhere on their website under Return Policy does it state that. Big scam and ripoff!!
