I am still waiting to receive 2 tickets I bought a few weeks ago. Order ID: RN-202503-1752496 Madrid to Cadiz on Friday May 23. For Jonathan William Menchin and Shannon Ellen Menchin. I received the receipt but not the ticket yet. I have already received a ticket for trains I bought BEFORE I bought the tickets from Madrid to Cadiz. Can you please check on that and send? Thank you!
