Terrible customer care
Terrible customer care. Item never arrived. Banggood somehow marked it as delivered. But it wasn’t. Each time I try sort it out, I’m told a special team who I’m not allowed to contact directly will deal with it and reply to me within 24hrs. I’ve contacted them 4 times over the last 2 weeks and every time the exact same line, wait 24hrs to me contacted. But nobody ever contacts me. Very frustrated. No order. No refund. Similar thing happened with Temu. But On my first contact with them I was fully refunded instantly, given £8 credit in compensation and told if it does arrive. Just keep it. (It didn’t arrive) Banggood need to learn how to do customer service.
