Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality & Lack of Customer Service
I recently purchased hair from this company, spending nearly $400 with high expectations based on their advertised quality. Unfortunately, the product did not meet the standards that were promised. The hair quality was far below what was described, which was incredibly disappointing. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. I reached out twice for assistance, hoping to resolve the issue, but received no response. It’s completely unacceptable for a company to ignore their customers, especially when such a significant amount of money is involved. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It’s been a frustrating and unprofessional experience all around.
