Very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order worth CAD 23.50 and it was never delivered. I was told there was an “operational issue” and that the order could not be fulfilled. Despite this, only a partial refund of CAD 5.70 was processed, which is unacceptable for an order that was never delivered in the first place. Getting any clear resolution has been extremely frustrating. There is no proper customer support number, and responses feel slow and repetitive without real solutions. Overall, it feels like poor service, poor communication, and an unfair refund process. I would not recommend using this platform based on my experience.
