Immediate Money Back Guarantee is a LIE
My experience with Luxury Confidence was far from pleasant. I made two separate orders, one containing the device and its attachments, and the other a single ocean cream. After about 2.5 months of using everything as instructed, I was very disappointed to have not noticed a difference in my skin. Thankfully, I remembered their 90-day money back guarantee and proceeded to email them about a return and refund. I wish it had been that easy. As a reminder, this is the first thing you see on their refund policy page on their website: "90-Day Guarantee Clear Skin or It's FREE Try our products risk-free for 90 days. If you don't see results within 90 days, contact us to receive a full refund!" This was an half lie. I was in contact with their support team for WEEKS trying to get a refund back. First, they couldn't return the ocean cream because I didn't keep the box it came in. If you look in their fine print, you will find "Full refunds are only issued if the entire package is returned, including all items— opened and unopened—on their original packaging." I certainly wish that had been advertised. "Try our products risk-free for 90 days" includes ALL products, but later in our email thread, they told me that because my ocean cream was used, they wouldn't be able to refund it. Wait. Wasn't it because I didn't have the box it came in? I chose to ignore this confusion because if I asked them to clarify the misunderstanding, they might've just chosen not to refund me anything at all. I at least got a 50% refund on the ocean cream. Thankfully, I kept all the packaging in my first order -- the one that contained the device, but they kept pressuring me (even emotionally manipulating me at one point) to keep it for a 50% or 70% refund. That would've been nice if it actually worked for me, but I made it very clear that it didn't, and I wanted them to honor their promise and give me my money back. Eventually, I succeeded in getting an address from them -- along with an extensive list of things I had to do in order to receive a refund. Things like taking pictures of each item, including a full description of each item, the packaging, the weight of the package, and statements about whether or not they were used. It was ridiculous. I've never had a harder time returning a simple item in my life! And even after thanking them for the address and telling them I'd send it out once I completed the list, they STILL tried to pressure me into keeping it. I was shocked to receive a full refund for the device. I was sure they were going to pull something out of their butt to prevent me from getting my money back. All I have to say is this: Your product should speak for itself, and if you promise to give buyers a full refund immediately if it doesn't work for them, then they should not have to fight tooth and nail with your support team to get their money back. Customer service matters just as much as whether or not the product(s) work. I'm glad it works for some people, but I would never recommend the device or cream to anyone not only because it didn't work for me, but because of how terrible their customer service is.
