terrible, first of all they are not real hair extensions but synthetic hair, then when you try to return them they want photos that have not been used and that's fine but the problem is that even if you send the photos they use excuses of any kind to not let you return them, they are dishonest and don't even respond to emails when they understand that you are right, I give you a piece of advice, don't buy from these scammers
