I ordered the Red Light Therapy Bag, and received free a Red Light mask. This purchase had a 30 day guarantee to return for refund. I am getting a run-around from their support department. They will not provide the return authorization data as I requested. They have replied but they have not provided answers to my questions, and they are not providing the return authorization I was told I would need. They only point to the delivery proof from UPS. They are not standing behind their 30 day guarantee. This is fraudulent business practice. Diane McCalley
