Product Not as Described – Escalating to Bank Dispute
I received a wig from Geeta Hair that was not as advertised. The wig had coarse baby hairs, uneven lace ventilation, and a thinning bald area at the parting. After much going back and forth. The seller refused a refund and offered only $10 + a gift card. Because they refused to resolve the defects, I am escalating through my bank for a dispute due to defective goods. Posting this so buyers know what to expect.
