Beautiful cabinet but terrible assembly instructions
I ordered a small cabinet from Litfad on 3/4/25 and received it on 4/5/25. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it that soon after reading other reviews saying that their shipments took much longer. Assembling the cabinet was very difficult, because the assembly instructions were in Chinese so I had to download Google Translate App to help with instructions. The pictures were very vague and translation was also very vague. After spending about an hour trying to figure out instructions, I decided to go for it and start assembling the cabinet. My husband, who is very handy, decided to help but got frustrated with the instructions and gave up. I continued to make a little progress but struggled with trying to figure out what screws went where. Thank goodness it's a small cabinet with only about 12 pieces. My husband started helping again and made some progress but got frustrated again and quit helping again. I kept studying the pictures and trying to figure out the screws and hardware and was finally able to finish the assembly after about 4 hours. It took a lot of patience and was frustrating, but everything finally went together! There were a lot more screws and hardware than needed, which made the assembly more confusing. The cabinet is very pretty and I love it; however, there is some minor damage and the quality isn't what I feel I paid for. I am giving 4 stars because of the terrible instructions and the quality of the cabinet. Overall, I am satisfied with the cabinet. I just wish the assembly instructions would have been more customer friendly to use!
