AVOID! They unethically charge your credit card

All this company wants to do is charge you for more product than you need, way ahead of you actually needing it. It seems like they just charge your credit card willy-nilly: $98 here, $198 there, and they don't even send you a receipt! You have no way of knowing what/when you've been charged unless you check your credit card statement religiously. This is a very shady business practice; they're hoping we just "won't notice" that they're overcharging us. When I initially signed up with Fridays in early February 2026, I still hadn't even received my first order when they were already trying to charge me again on March 8. And most recently, I placed my last order on June 10, and today (July 1) I was told that they already charged me for a new shipment on July 1, barely three weeks later. I am MICRO-dosing; why would I need so much supply?! Sheesh. They pressure you every day, via email and text, to submit for a refill even before you need it. I've been sent identical pressuring messages from reps named Noah, Damian, Alenette, Jovelyn, and JP, all nagging me to renew before I was ready. When I messaged with their chatbot Sam on their website, asking him to please stop all the annoying, redundant messages, Sam replied that I should continue to ignore the "Refill Requested" emails, and as long as I ignored them, my order wouldn't be refilled and my credit card wouldn't be charged. Turns out this is false. There are so many people working there that you never get the same rep twice, and with each message, they often contradict each other. In addition to the five names I listed above, I've also exchanged messages with Johnry, Vincent, Kate, Jerome, Adrien, Jerome, Cherry, Giovanni, Michelle, Gabriel, Darryl, Thea, James, Christian, and Erwin. Who are all these people? The sheer number of representatives I messaged with makes me think they are incentivized to sell more product, maybe to earn a commission. I'm not the type to leave negative reviews, but Fridays is just plain dishonest. Consider going with one of the other countless GLP-1 web companies that are saturating the market. UPDATE: Even in their public apology below, they tell me to contact their support team, which is the exact email address where I was communicating with all the bots with the fake names listed above. They already didn't help me when I contacted support before writing this review, so why should I bother trying again? My recommendation remains: AVOID THIS COMPANY. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
