1-Star Review — Horrible Experience, Buyer Beware My experience with Sopula has been absolutely terrible. I placed two separate orders on December 19th for my grandson’s Christmas gifts and, to this day, I have still not received my merchandise. After nearly a week of seeing my order stuck in “processing,” I reached out requesting a confirmation number. That’s when I knew something was off. Days later, I finally received an email response claiming the items were in “production” and needed extra time because they were “specially made.” That explanation felt dishonest and unprofessional. I replied again requesting a confirmation number and expressed my concerns about their lack of communication and professionalism. No response. Eventually, after weeks of being ignored, I informed them I would report the company to the BBB if they didn’t respond within 24 hours. Only then did I receive another email asking me to “please be patient,” which was unacceptable given how long this had already dragged on. At this point, I’ve filed a chargeback with my bank, provided my receipts, and my case is being processed. I no longer intend to contact this company. Based on my experience, I genuinely believe this company operates in a deceptive manner. You will likely not receive your order. Please be cautious before purchasing.
