Unreliable online shopping platform
Unreliable online shopping platform. Wasted a lot of my time until refunding process and collecting their piece of crap item back. Not to mention the customer service team are human, but not human. Imagine that copy-paste templates without even fully understanding the situation and without giving a proper interaction while resolving the issue. I had enough with this app and its team. I'll be deleting this app after all this.
