We have been using Tapstitch for their product range, which is genuinely strong, but recent fulfilment changes have caused serious issues for our business. We specifically requested USA fulfilment, yet our orders are now being routed through China. As a result, delivery times have blown out from an average of around 7 days to 17+ days, with some orders likely taking close to a month to arrive. Support was able to provide information about what had changed, but unfortunately they were not helpful in actually resolving the issue or offering a practical fix. We now have six very unhappy customers and expecting more to come and we would not have even known about the fulfilment change if they had not contacted us asking why their orders were taking so long. At this point, we are now looking for a new POD supplier in the USA and will most likely remove Tapstitch products from our site. Great product range, but sellers should be very careful if delivery times and fulfilment location matter to their business as regardless of whether you choose USA Fulfilment they will still route your orders through China taking + 30 days for orders to be delivered
