Useless service, no time management.
What a useless courier company, I have waited over 2 weeks for my first parcel from Temu and now still currently waiting going on 3 weeks for my second parcel, first my second parcel showed a delivery guy had it and all of a sudden the next day it jump to going though customer clearance again. Don't know how they deal with customer disappointment but if this business can't be run properly or keep your clients happy then close the company down, Temu must just remove Speedaf Exspress as an courier company from their site, they not time orientated neither do they like to keep their customers happy. Their landline number doesn't even seem to be having someone man the phone (so clearly no receptionist) and their WhatsApp number doesn't even exist if you want to call it and when you sent a WhatsApp it goes through but no one has the decency to respond and apologize for late delivery. USELESS, USELESS, USELESS. Would rate no stars but they won't even allow you to submit it without a star.
