Leaving a second review — charged $120 for a “free trial”, no refund, no response I visited your website to explore the free trial version, and at no point did I knowingly agree to a yearly subscription. I signed up expecting a free trial for one day, just to see how the tool works. I never used the service — I simply entered my card details, planning to cancel if I didn’t like it or maybe pay for a 1-month plan. Instead, I was instantly charged $120 for a full year — with no warning, no confirmation, and nothing on screen that clearly stated this would happen. I contacted your support team and waited. I left a review. I genuinely hoped for a peaceful resolution. Still no reply. No refund. Nothing. This is a deceptive practice. I did not confirm or authorize a yearly payment, nor was the price or duration of the subscription clearly communicated beforehand. When I reached out to your support to request a refund, I was refused — despite never having used the platform meaningfully. This behavior is not only unethical, it also violates basic principles of transparency and user consent. I have already reported this transaction to my bank and shared a public review on here to warn others. Please also consider the context: I am from Ukraine, and $120 is a significant amount — especially during wartime. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will continue pursuing it through my bank’s dispute system and relevant consumer protection authorities. Please confirm the refund and cancel the subscription. This feels like a trap — not a professional service.
