Okay app but have to upgrade to use
Signed up and all was going well. Liked the app and then in about ten minutes it said I had no more points to use for learning. I could wait 30 minutes to get points or buy unlimited access for $100 per year. I don’t want to spend more money or only work five or ten minutes at a time so I wrote to cancel my subscription. Their processor said I had to wrote to EWA directly. So I did and got a reply but it won’t let you reply to the reply directly, you have to go back to the app and reply from there. I have been trying for a week and they refuse to refund my money even though when i signed up it said you have two weeks to cancel. Their refund is a scam and their sign up doesn’t tell you you only get five or ten minutes at a time to learn without a major upgrade. Deceiving site.
