This entity is a identity theft ring
There is no doubt in my mind that this entity is an identity theft ring I would highly suggest you not getting involved with these people. They coerced me to upload my documents even though I was very clear that I did not have one specific one and that I wanted to terminate my request they said that was not necessary and to upload all of my identify Arbel information such as government issued ID. W-2 forms bank statements check stubs from my work anything they can use to sell your identity on the black web. They obtained after two weeks of dealing with them and many phone calls and being told the 1040 forms were not necessary and that they were expediting my review. I continued to get email stating that I needed to upload these documents that I specifically advised that I did not have and would not have so in reality they lied to me manipulated me to get all of my information and I ended up having to withdraw my request anyways. I highly suggest you go to SoFi or Upgrade or a legitimate company because this entity is just trying to steal your identity to sell it on the dark web. I am reporting this to the BBB and submitting a complaint to my general attorney. You do not want to deal with these people. The customer service is a bunch of foreigners that are just reading off a script. There is no way to get help. Your identity will be stolen and somebody in Nigeria will become you after you submit all of your information because they have everything they need on you stay away from this club you see they change their names that’s to hide from legal matters. This place should not be an operation.
