Exceptional customer service!
The app looked very interesting in December 2025. I signed up, but like a lot of people, I missed the subscription policy. I never used the app, completely forgot about it until I checked my credit card to see the monthly charges. Of course, I panicked. Elizabeth, in their customer service, was absolutely incredible. I cannot thank her enough; if I did not have to pay such a high exchange rate, I would highly recommend trying this app out.
