I had purchased a left handed guitar
I had purchased a left handed guitar, one of their headless versions. They sent a right-handed neck with it and wouldn't send a left-handed version to replace it. In matter of fact they said they were aware of the issue and refused to fix it as "it didn't matter." The instrument is literally unplayable with a right handed nut. Customer support is frustrating to deal with and stops responding. No offers of compensation for the instrument have been provided by them.
