Wish I had read reviews first
Wish I had read reviews first! Checked return policy...says Free Return and Exchange! Only sale shoes cant be refunded. I bought full price shoes...cant even get them on with my bunions. Definitely not orthotic shoes just have a padded innersole! They arrived squashed up in a small bag which was not impressive before I even opened them. Lots of emails back and forth with a day or 2 between each one. I was offered 20% refund which I refused. Then 30%, then 40%! Each time I insisted I need a full refund as promised on the website. Today I was offered 60% but still not accepted!
