Druk Asia provides timely and excellent service in allowing me customising the itinerary to what I like. Sonam never fails to give me a good and fast response. I was even allowed to choose my own guide. When I was in Bhutan, Tsewang Dema gave me a very warm welcome and she really provided excellent service. She was very knowledgeable in the history and culture and took very good care of me throughout the trip. Her encouraging words helped me to hike through the mountains when I felt like giving up. Also during the festival, she continued to take care of me when it was raining, making sure that I have a good view of the festival. Never felt so welcoming by a stranger whom I met for the first time. Certainly will highly recommend Dema as the guide to go to in Bhutan trip. Will go back to the beautiful country again, with Dema again.
