Won't Refund Your Money and Poor Quality Leggings
If I could give 0 stars I would. I returned leggings and they were received by TrueFeat on December 19 according to UPS tracking. I have STILL not received a credit back on my credit card. I have emailed them six times over the last four months. They always respond, but they are cleverly crafted auto responses that sound legitimate, but they do not take action. I threatened them with a bad review and told them that I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card, but it did not make any difference. So today I called my credit card and here is the negative review to warn others about them. They have wasted so much of my time and are thieves - they will take your money but will not return it for a return. The reason I returned the leggings was because I felt they were thin and poor quality. I contacted TrueFeat immediately to start the return process. First, they will try to dissuade you from returning them with two different emails. I finally had to insist that they give me an address to return them to. I sent them back well within their timeframe (which changed from 30 days down to 10 the last time I checked). Then as stated above, I did not get any refund. Do not buy from them!
