1st Private tour experience with China Highlights
The coordinator Virginia Fu is very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the male guides in Beijing and Shanghai are not as meticulous and attentive as the female guide in Xian. 刘艳(Lily) was our guide in Xian and she was good. The guide 褚力帆(Martin) in Shanghai is not as professional and the driver was also not working with the guide as a team. They provided a 7 seater car in Shanghai for 3 tourists but the boot was too small to fit 3 luggages. The backrest in the 3rd row couldn't be lock and it comprises the safety of the passenger sitting in the 3rd row.
