First 4 months were okay
First 4 months were okay, they got their money and it was very transactional. Toward the end of my 6 month subscription they reset my dose back to a starting dose. Since then I can't seem to get a straight answer from anybody. Everyone keeps saying it's not them that can help you but the next guy/gal. If it's not that then it's "you have to talk to a provider" to which leads to "oh that's a question for customer service". Chasing our tails aren't we? All in all I would never use this service again unless you have a really nice coupon and want to talk in circles. BBB REVIEW OF F but some how 4.8 on Trust pilot.... Weird
