High quality printing and good customer service
At first I was displeased, I had ordered two mousepads and both of them had holes in the padding, getting gel everywhere. After sending pictures of my products, I was quickly given replacements for both of them and apologized to. The second shipment came with hard plastic casing to make sure they were undamaged. I am very happy with my replacement product and the customer service. The printing of the design is very high quality, with the colors looking exactly how they appeared digitally.
