I ordered several items and requested a return. The return process is very difficult: for a long time no return address was provided. Only after involving Klarna did I receive a return address outside the EU (China), including instructions to declare a very low customs value. I am currently clarifying the correct and lawful return process with Klarna. I will update this review once the case is resolved.
