Nihao shipped the WRONG merchandise!
I ordered women's denim jackets and what I received was NOT what I ordered! The photos of the jackets clearly showed side pockets, and the jackets I received did not have the pockets! Also, the material was very light and flimsy, definitely NOT a quality denim! When I contacted Nihao they basically said "too bad" and they would just change their photos. After numerous emails back and forth, they finally said they could give me only a $55 credit on a $215.39 purchase!! The other option was that I could return the items but would have to pay shipping AND customs fees! Ridiculous, especially when Nihao shipped the WRONG merchandise! TERRIBLE lack of customer service! Do NOT buy from Nihao!!
