I wouldn’t even give this company 1…
I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star, bought some barstools for £159.99 for 2. When they eventually arrived after months. Absolute nightmare from start to finish. They were shocking 😱 if you put them out the front of your house with a sign on saying please take nobody would. Hundreds of emails backwards and forwards and getting nowhere. They used every excuse going not to return them and give my money back. One of the things they said was would I like a dinosaur or unicorn lamp as a gift and I can keep the barstools. Obviously not offering my money back ! This went on for months and in the end I just had to cut my losses and loose my money. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND THERE WEBSITE IS NOTHING LIKE THE PRODUCTS YOU RECEIVE. please don’t be fooled like I was. After reading your reply it’s a complete lie of clear and fair refund policies. I sent pictures, code on box etc etc emails went back and forth. Every time I sent what you asked me you come up with another excuse until you ran out of excuses. You then offered me a gift of a dinosaur or unicorn lamp. What an insult. Like I said the barstools were shockingly bad and unusable ! I’m a size 8-10 and I couldn’t even fit in the chair. Like I said the quality was shocking. How they went through your quality control I never know. Your company are total SCAMMERS ! Apart from the dinosaur or unicorn lamp the last option you offered me was 15 percent off me purchasing another product from your company. Not in a million years would I ever buy anything from your company ! Your business should be shut down and I’ve told everyone about your company. I’ve learnt my lesson from this shocking experience and always check companies on trust pilot before purchasing !
