Never received package
Place order on 14th June , for sim card to be mail to letterbox. Till today 26june still have not received. Will not patronise the service again. Basically u have no one to make calls to enquire .

The block function is disable recent years. This jeopardise safety of buyers/sellers. I am a seller, recently eccounter an insane buyer, who keep harassing me after I sent a product that do not meet expections. Not only a one star review is post, buyer keep blaming me for all the trouble she has to go through. Threaten me go and die. The return address is my home address. I had no option to block the buyer, agent mention to appeal to relevant department, need review case, waiting time is 5 working days. The platform does not protect safety of buyers/sellers. The platform will not be safe anymore if a mentally insane harass vuyer/seller
Everything went wrong.
Everything went wrong. Due to recent hectic schedule, i opt out of next day delivery, they reject my request. Also, big parcel(dimension more than 80cm) drop off points near my area, they dont accept next day delivery package.It has becomes a challenge as i am not always around for pick up. The agent failed to realise all the difficulties and turn down my request over and iver again. These shoppee agents dont know their job...
