Misleading Platform with Poor Account Management
I signed up for Designs.ai after seeing it recommended as a vector design tool. While the site initially appeared promising, it quickly became clear that the platform does not deliver what it advertises. The tools are limited in functionality, and the quality of the assets is not as professional as suggested. Worse, there's no clear way to delete your account, an immediate red flag. After trying to close my account, I discovered there is no user-facing option for deletion, and contacting support yielded little help. This lack of transparency around account management and data privacy is unacceptable in 2025. It feels more like a trap than a creative tool. I would not recommend this platform to anyone looking for reliable design software or ethical business practices. There are far better (and safer) alternatives out there.
