a messy refund process
i thought submitting for a refund for an expired card was no longer a hassle getting to the physical store not available nationwide. i registered my card ages ago on the website & already verify my id on their ewallet app. after ages, i realised it was rejected because of wtfff refund policy not enough documents??? i submitted again getting told it was rejected for "upload documents" to appear later on. it was really hard to "click here". their website isn't mobile friendly, their app is a mess wanting people to get wthh card or financial products they're selling.
