Bhutan: A SoulTrips experience full of unforgettable surprises
Ugyen’s dedication to crafting a customized itinerary, even through numerous revisions and requests, was remarkable, matched by her prompt and helpful communication. The accommodations provided surpassed my expectations, offering a high level of comfort and quality. What stood out even more was the exceptional hospitality and service-oriented approach of every hotel staff. The explanations of my tour guide, Dorji, were noticeably more detailed than the other Bhutanese guides that I've passed by. He also had an excellent knack for recommending places that, while I wasn't initially keen, turned out to be pleasant surprises of the trip. His local knowledge and long tenure were invaluable in uncovering hidden gems, particularly on lunch places. Finally, our driver, Tshering, ensured a safe and comfortable journey throughout, even on long travel days, sometimes stretching to a 8-hour drive. To summarise, this was an exceptional and appreciated experience from start to finish.
