I bought the Caribbean eSIM
I bought the Caribbean eSIM for a recent cruise. When I arrived in Barbados it worked fine but when I arrived in San Juan I couldn’t get any single or data. After speaking to the WhatsApp support team I was told that because San Juan, and the US Virgin Islands were US territories then that might be why it wasn’t working. It stated on the website that those islands are included in the Caribbean package. After 4 days of it not working I arrived in Dominica, a definite Caribbean island, for it to still not work. I was offered a refund but this all caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. I had to waste time of my holiday looking for wifi spots or use my partner’s data to be able to communicate with JetPac to try and resolve the issue. I was then unable to have any data package for my 2 week holiday which I had really wanted to communicate with family at home.
