I was charged after a trial period…
I was charged after a trial period without knowing it would renew. I never used the service and requested a refund, but was denied. I am a student and the money was very important for my rent. I am requesting AliDrop to reconsider or allow my bank to process a refund. Please escalate this to a manager.
