The customer help staff were very good at helping me to find the right product for a keyboard with an odd layout. While I found the Adobe Illustrator format reliance a bit of a hurdle, the process was otherwise very smooth. They even sent a tutorial on how to resolve an error I had made in formatting the file once the design team was looking at it. All in, their turnaround time was also rather quick as compared to the advertised turnaround time.
