Shocking Experience! Eight months of stress!
I don't even know how to begin to describe the appalling service we have received from TemplateMonster and the Author of the Template we purchased. Upon installation nearly all of the components were not working 1:Front-page slider not working like the demo. 2:Blog Posts empty, not working. 3:Service Carousel broken. 4:No HTags 5:No ability to add SEO 6:Slider broken. 7:Search Bar not working and much more! We were then passed onto The Author of this template Anowar who over a period of 8 months has still failed to fix most, he time wastes, has been proved to lie, manipulate and use blackmailing techniques. He begged and pleaded for money saying his children were hungry, his business was not doing well and he owed money to people, he begged for weeks on end using any excuse he could find to gain money, blackmailing that if we gave him money he would then work on fixing the template. These were basic components that should have came as standard with the Template upon purchase. They wee not extra work, they were items that were in the demo. After reporting to Daniel the Supervisor at TemplateMonster with screenshots, videos, clear factual evidence he did absolutely nothing regarding this. TemplateMonster thinks it is acceptable to let their Authors, manipulate and beg their customers for money, it was absolutely shocking and a traumatic experience. Eight months in and Daniel the so called supervisor failed to have any authority to get the Author to complete very basic tasks, items should have came with the Template upon purchase as shown on the demo. Eight months of wasted time and loss of business. The template is built with the Author's own plugin so no other developer can fix the Template so you are stuck with a useless Template! TemplateMonster could not even install the compliance correctly and installed two that were conflicting with each other did not even know which was the correct one. Absolute shambles and the stress for eight solid months has been unbelievable, we are now seeking legal advice. We strongly advise you not to buy any Template with a 'DreamIT Plugin' as nothing on it will work. If you buy a Template that is broken, get a refund straight away! Do not listen to their promise that the author will fix it. Eight months of a huge amount of stress and still not fixed, now they are ignoring our emails as they know the author cannot fix it. They cannot refute our claims, every piece of factual evidence has been passed on- videos, screenshot and emails, clearly showing all the issues and that we did not receive the Template in the demo upon purchase. Clear evidence of the Author lies, manipulation and blackmail tactics. TemplateMonster have no authority over the Author's of who create the templates whatsoever. We strongly advise you to not buy the Luxury Hotel Template and anything thing that has 'DreamIT' components as none of them work. ***In reply to your reply..Who is asking you to be a Monarchy? Getting the Authors of the templates YOU sell to ensure they are exactly the same as the demo YOU advertise should be easy and YOU should have control over this. There is no monarchy needed whatsoever. Do not sell templates from authors if you have no ability to ensure they capable and the template is exactly as you sell it in the demo. This is FALSE Advertising. **Can you respond to why TemplateMonster think it is acceptable for YOUR Author to beg for money, to lie and manipulate a female? Much evidence was sent of this and still eight months later and continuously asking no response to this. **WHO do you wish us to contact now further to this as Daniel has not got a clue what he is doing? He made no attempt to resolve anything and failed to read emails and watch videos sent and reply accordingly. This is the template: Luxury - Luxury, Resort & Hotel Booking WordPress Theme. You sold this to us and should be exactly like the demo you advertised!
