My recent trip to KL thru them was horrible. Formally they want us to check-in to get the bus licence no. While waiting, they with msg that the bus has changed to and bus. When the bus arrived it totally free seating. Online booked was 28 seater but onboard was a 44 seaters. Dirty and disorganised. It was a disaster thru the night as it kept taking passengers in Singapore. When return from KL, waiting time was delayed for nearly 2hrs. No stop gaven for snack and toilet. But returning bus was 28 seater, driver was skillful too.
