Having to go through PayPal to get money back!
I ordered two of their body oil (special offer) but got an email saying I hadn't completed the order. So I re-ordered and ended up paying for 3 bottles! After several emails, they have agreed to refund only one bottle (I have to pay return postage). The body oil, if anything, makes my skin feel dry. When I initially asked for my money back, they told me to carry on using, conveniently, until after the guarantee expired! You never speak to an actual person, so it could be AI for all anyone knows. Expensive smells and pretty packaging do not make a happy customer. Customer service is appalling!
