I would definitely rate them less than 1 but the minimum is 1, bought refurbished bike FF20 polar ships in 2 to 3 days. To than receive an email after 2 days saying (Unfortunately, the refurbished bike you purchased is currently out of stock in our warehouse. Would you consider switching to a brand-new bike instead?) while for 2 days you can still go for the same bike and buy it without issue. When I told them that they came back saying that someone else on another platform bought the bike before me and their website doesn’t synchronise inventory. My order was canceled 10 days post purchase. Phoned them lady at the desk said they only deal with technical issue and WhatsApp replied after order was cancelled 10 days post purchase what an awful experience.
