1 Star – Shocking quality control and patronising customer support
I have now received TWO "Gold" Oura Rings, and both arrived in a muddy, brassy bronze/brown tone instead of yellow gold. When held directly next to genuine yellow gold jewellery, the color mismatch is glaring and undeniable. I also compared it to my friends gold oura ring 5, also bought directly from oura and again the missed match was undeniable. When I reached out to resolve this, I spoke to "Val" on the live chat, who was extremely unhelpful and patronising. She actually attempted to gaslight me by claiming she could "clearly see" the ring was the correct color, when quite frankly, they are unequivocally NOT. Refusing to take responsibility for obvious batch inconsistency and treating customers like they can't see basic color differences is completely unacceptable for a luxury-priced brand.
