They've responded to my email but not effectively, my address was marked incorrect but when I went back to receipt it was all completely correct I spent $314 on clothes that I STILL have not received it's luckily it's something I can report and receive my money back IF I do NOT receive my clothing. PLEASE SOPULA send me my PAID items I will be a returning customer because I do indeed love the clothing options. Especially for a first time buyer $314 is not cheap. Edit - my order # is COZ03328
