Very good quality and custoer service, but it can take a while
I ordered a keycap set. The quality was very good, I have to say. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I received a reply within 2 days—also very helpful. Ordering can be a bit expensive, but that’s partly due to shipping costs. However, discounts happen pretty often, which basically mitigates that. As a one-time purchase, I don’t mind. I only had one problem: my order was only shipped after I specifically asked for it. It took 1 month and 19 days.
