my experience was outstanding due to my on call tech Nova @ 3:38 pm 8/26 Not only did she assist, but when I couldn't find my confirm # (which I did) Nova called me back just as I was calling your #. She assisted me and activated my cards, while I was on the phone with her. She went above & beyond to satisfy me, & after 38 years of cust. service myself I was truly impressed with her dedication!!! I really hope all of your employees are caring enough as she was. She is 10+stars in my book,
