The folks at transparent labs are responsive and quick to correct any errors made by their customers. I accidentally ordered something that I had in my cupboard already, and when I answered their email with my discovery, they quickly canceled the order and refunded the payment. I’ve only been with them a short time, but already found their products to be so tasty and nutritious. I’m so pleased to be with the company that third-party tests all of their products. I have a great deal of trust in them already!
